Delivery to the UK

In order to offer you the best service, our shipping costs depend on the number of activity boxes in your order…

* Express Delivery is a Next Day Service when you order before midday Mon-Thurs

Please note:

  • if you place an order on Friday morning, this will be delivered the following Monday
  • unfortunately a next day service is not available for addresses in the Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight
  • if you would like to order more than 10 activity packs please contact us at customerservice@myactivitybooks.co.uk to discuss how we can best get these to you

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or a courier service depending on the number of items in your order.

We value every order and every customer, so we work extra hard to make sure your delivery arrives within the times stated however, at busy times, deliveries can take a little longer.

Delivery to Europe, US & Rest of the World

If you would like to place an order and live outside of the UK, please contact us on customerservice@myactivitybooks.co.uk for shipping costs.

Prices for delivery of 1 activity pack outside of the UK start from £10.


We are sure you will love your MyActivityBooks delivery, however if you are less than 100% happy with your order please contact our Customer Services, within 30 days of purchase, at customerservice@myactivitybooks.co.uk with your order number, contact details and reason for return.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase or receipt (whichever is the later) and be in original condition in their original packaging. Please include your original invoice or a note with your order number so we can process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method.

We will not refund your costs of returning and other services provided to you in connection with the purchase such as recorded or courier delivery. We advise using a tracked service. We can’t be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. Please note items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder.

Your right to an exchange of faulty/damaged items has a return period greater than 30 days in accordance with your statutory rights.
